Seems like you are on a roll lately! The 40mm elegante is really really nice for small wrist, so I'd say great choice (as was the 7234a). In fact, in the current Journe lineup of 40mm+ diameter watches, I don't think there's any better choice than that.
I also have an abnormally small wrist so that’s one restricting factor and the reason I’d go so far to say 5212a is one of the best release for me. 5711/1a fits fine on my wrist too, as it’s a little smaller than the 40mm size would suggest. in the end, though, small wrist isn’t such a bad thing, as
