I'm not surprised at Hanoi AD's offers as this is the standard practice for the last 3-4 years in ALL the ADs around here (Bangkok).
This also isn't exclusive for PP, but also other "hot brands", using these "hot models" to sell hard to move pieces.
Some even have more "outrageous" practice in regard to these pieces and it's getting worse by the days as their price soars.
I don't see Patek do anything about it nor I think they will.

This type of sales tactic is not what Patek wants its ADs to do.
From a business perspective I understand why that AD did so but they are not supposed to do so.

While I loved all of the 12’s uniqueness in the dial and it’s thinness like the 11, I went for the symmetric dial and the date aperture vs, the sub dial date in the 12. If I could I should have both as they are different enough and wear totally different ...
