Help Desk: Seem to be having lots of problems with the App

Sometimes it won’t let me reply to people’s posts within my thread ??? I have to tap multiple times before it works. This is not a screen issue my end. Sometimes my reply’s to posts just won’t send. Very strange. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Miles.
