Going into super-macro mode (ff. pictures) on my LeCoultre Polaris ref. E859.

I love the subtile scratches and dents on the plexi, which may suggest that there's the same plexi in there since 1968(?). Great watch: design, mechanics, uniqueness, wearability. Oh, did I mention the sharp lugs? ;-) Cheers, HSTE

It was one of my grails for many (many (many)) years: the (now: my) LeCoultre Deep Sea Alarm.

Reference E857. Calibre K815. Production/delivery year: 1959. And, my DSA comes on the original LeCoultre flex metal bracelet. And, I dare to say: it is in incredibly good condition. Cheers, HSTE
