You can buy it sure, but we only sell it to customers who spend US$80k and up.” This is a true story I told Holdenchamp. He then said he can get me the green nautilus in 2 years, if I spend that amount today. I found it very fishy even for an authorized Patek AD.

This type of sales tactic is not what Patek wants its ADs to do.
From a business perspective I understand why that AD did so but they are not supposed to do so.

While I loved all of the 12’s uniqueness in the dial and it’s thinness like the 11, I went for the symmetric dial and the date aperture vs, the sub dial date in the 12. If I could I should have both as they are different enough and wear totally different ...
