Horological Meandering: Perfectly lovely! Looks like yours is

contemporaneous with mine (1950s). I bought this for the lugs, and the dial was AFAIK original but in awful condition, so I had it cleaned and repainted. I'll bet your look just as good inside!

This seems a contemporaneous example, the 35 jewels notation is variously on the dial or movement, but the lugs are unmistakeable:

Seiko: The 7016 is a wonderful watch!

They are from the mid-1970s, and although I am sure the movement was designed more for robustness than for refinement, it is a favorite of mine, with a sophisticated group of functions: time, day, date, and chronograph seconds/minutes/hours, and flyback! Here is mine:
