Horological Meandering

Hi everyone, could any one tell me if this PP movement is a good example of century old minute repeater? From the photo, the gasket (rose gold color) with 3 screws holding the jewel on the centre bridge seems a bit wired to me, never seen any thing like t...  

I know very little about Patek's (my background is automotive transmission design) but this looks like a typical Engineering iteration to me. There are probably size limitations to being able to press the jewel into the steel hole. The work around was to ... 

I only have one Patek, but its center jewel is mounted in just that way: ...  

... is not uncommon, since it facilitates the replacement of the jewel, in case of wear and/or damage. Marcus
