contemporaneous with mine (1950s).

I bought this for the lugs, and the dial was AFAIK original but in awful condition, so I had it cleaned and repainted.

I'll bet your look just as good inside!

Unusual to have 3 Longines threads on HoMe at the same time, so why not make it 4? Here's a vintage piece that I still find enthralling...

Manual wind, 14k case so not their haute de gamme range but still a thing of beauty and much appreciated. I might be pursuaded to take the back off if I get enough dollar bills thrown on the stage... :-p (seriously, I don't have ready access to my JAX...)...

Where's the stage? I am curious to see the inside of this beauty!

Longines was such a great brand! Don't tempt me too much, I have enough material to launch a 5th thread. ;) So, you open it or what? :) :) :) Best, Thomas. Nicolas

LOL! It's in the club...

Hello, Steve, nice to see you again! As Tony already posted below, I'd guess the above one will more likely have a 30L inside - not that nice curves, more technical, but still a nice one as well. Is your case french or south american - or swiss Longines? ...

I will add.......................

I'd guess a 30L inside, but perhaps not. Cheers, Tony C.

Love vintage Longines

Here is mine. The movement is not very special, but the dial certainly is. ...
