Rattrapante and X-33

Thanks for all your comments. I took out my X-33 and took some photos just then, the Rattrapante & X-33 show many similarities when they are side-by-side. My X-33 according to Speedmaster-mission.net is the first model when released, on the back of the watch, it has only the Sea Horse symbol. I had the X-33 new and since it stopped for a number of years due to my own negligence, it was serviced & returned to its original state, it was worth the long wait & money spent. Both now stood against time and will treasure both masterpiece from Omega Speedmaster Pro range.

Hi to all, I came across this Omega Speedmaster Professional Rattrapante in a secondhand shop today. Without box & papers, the asking price is low & rather attractive to buy. Still in consideration and managed to find some but not a great deal of informat...

Definitely more, IMO, attractive than most Speedmaster Professional watches. Bought it after shop offered a good bargain. It's COSC certified, Caliber 3600 (modified 7750), rattrapante function with carbon fiber dial. According to my search, Omega made on...

I think you did well. It's not super rare but hard enough to find.

Yours is my favorite dial of all three available. I was in college when this watch came out but as you can imagine the $$$ was hard to find. I had one Speedmaster and Seamaster each at that time and was saving up for my first Moonwatch so I had to pass. T...

its not from Omega's greatest period Ian, but the 7750 is bomb proof

you cant go far wrong with a 7750 inside and it does look quite nice. i'm assuming from your list of Omega's that you like chronographs. i'd quite like your opinion on the ownership of the Olympic 5 dial Speedy and whether those 2 extra dials are worth ha...

Looks like a great find. I'd certainly do it for a nice price.

Omega watches always have a place in my collection, come to think of it, I have had other Omega watches, like the Moon watch, and couple of Seamaster from various Winter Olympic Limited Edition but sold them years ago. I have yet to accept the looks of th...

Hi I remember when this watch was announced... Chuck and myself thought it was a cool item, Chuck ordered one ASAP. It had a arrival date of later that year.... Well there were complications with 7750 modification for the rattrapante function. Took alot l...
