Nice touch Guido!
A couple months ago Parmigiani announced a revision to its warranty policy, extending the warranty period to five years. To obtain the warranty extension for watches purchased prior to the announcement date required a simple online registration process. I completed the registration and today received formal correspondence from the Maison certifying the warranty extension. 
This was a nice touch from the CEO and hopefully a sign of improved focus and execution on after sales service.
If you haven’t registered for the extended warranty, this is your reminder!
