I think your Patek rep must have made a misstatement, so it's probably worth confirming if you can... All the documentation I've read indicates that the 324 movement in our model 5146's (I have the 5146/1G-010 with full 18kt white gold bracelet, and it's one of my faves!), if in a winder, should be
