Vacheron Constantin: Did ref4933 has a nickname?

viewed old cataloge in 1950 , ref4933 was a uniquely shape, its lugs resembles the tentacles of a snail. Apart from this photo, I can't find any other information on the Internet, and I wonder if anyone can share more information. If it didn't have a nickname before, maybe we could call it "snail".

some ref 6394 without Lunette Linge bezel , I think the case been polished ,so lost its original texture. Maybe we could compare the lugs of ref 6394, with Lunette Linge bezel piece to without Linge bezel piece. If the bezel be polished, the lugs also should be polished. photos from Antiquorum An in
