Seiko: Is it designed to be worn on the left wrist?

If worn on the right hand I would have thought that the asymmetrical design would unnecessarily obstruct the hand.

Omega: A local watch maker could service it. I don't think it would be worth bringing back to spec either as an Omega or a tissot. [nt]
