Ron, I had the same issue with the month not changing when I first got my 5396r two years ago. I believe LouC (who responded to your post on Timezone) is correct - the setting sequence does matter. In fact, LouC's post on Timezone of Sept. 1, 2006 solved my issue - the month needs to be set first. T
