Thanks for the compliment, Kristjan, but I wouldn’t go that far. My affinity for Japanese watches started quite recently when I saw a Pogue and remembered a friend’s father had one in 1970 or so.

Pulsograph scales are actually quite practical in a sense and generally much more useful in everyday life than tachymeter scales. I have two watches with them, albeit none a Seiko 😊🤷🏻‍♂️
