Would this fit a 6.5 inch wrist?

I have been lurking for a while and I am a fan of these Ulysse Nardin Perpetual Calendar GMT watches. These 2014 limited editions are still available for purchase. I am not sure if this would be too big on my 6.5” wrist. Should I look for a 40 mm or a 38.
