Many dislike the bracelet version from the beginning...and some early members were successful in converting those into straps.

I find the bracelet very comfortable and versatile, looks shiny and new even with scratches and no worries like Nautilus. The 01G version must be due to the how "unpopular" these bracelets were...I have not measure the dimensions but I would think the /1A

Timeless and Classic

We love the fact that Patek is making some bigger watches. 42mm is just perfect for me. Love this piece. Don’t get a chance to wear it often but took it out today: 5522 with a rubber strap.

And I do agree with you. 90% of the time now is my apple watch. the 10%. I start wearing back my old school collection of panerai, & omega. But all the rolex got put away except for Air-King with green rubber strap. and the patek.. 5711, 5980 , 7118..
