1985 Ferrari 308 GTS.

For the pleasure of the eyes... Even if it is not my favorite Ferrari, I cannot deny it has a lot of charm. Credit: Classic Car. Best, Nicolas

Yes indeed. i miss my old, personally highly modded for track use Euro-spec Ferrari 308GTS QV.

Not just because of the hundreds (thousands) of hours modding it for track use, and of course heavy use driving her on road course tracks, but that she was very straightforward to fix (usually). Heavy sterring when slow, of course, but at speed she was br

Perfect! See, it's those moments you truly remember :)

On my ol' 308GTS QV, while going over railroad tracks we flew a bit, and after landing then saw a small few flames coming out of the driver's side boot lid louvers (which went out moments later). Ferrari cars can fly!

A cutie with attitude!

Wasn't there a 90's Peugeot 308 TV ad the with a slogan 'just don't call me baby'? It suits that GRMN for sure GR is possible my only hope to buy a contemporary sports car that won't ruin my budget and is great for the city, too... That is, if I wait coup

308 had a V8

2 litre ... that's like 2 screaming one liter four pots bolted together ... kind of ... Imagine connecting two Ducati 1000cc V4 to each other ... 2 X 235 hp equals 470 hp at 16.000 rpm. Or even 2 MotoGP 1000 cc V4 ... 600 hp at 18? K rpm.

Solid chocies. Am more a 1950s to 1980s guy.

Personally, was only able to enjoy a Euro-spec 308GTS QV for both public roadways and road course tracking for a few years until the engine needed a complete rebuild from tracking her )... Look at the subtle curves and lines and humps and... if you really

Yes indeed! The Ferrari 308GTS QV also had metric TRX tyres as standard.

Crap tires if you ask me. Nothing better for the street than 'hot' sticky Mich Pilot rubber to achieve better handling/grip and faster lap times... unless we're talking R-compound slicks on a dry track

What races / competitions does it take part in?

i know (knew?) a couple of owners.... one owner, who had the last original, raced it quite a bit on track (we both used the same Ferrari race prep shop). Another owner i knew worked for Ferrari and was relaxing within a wonderful home in Florida. Back the

Btw, at track events....

...so i tracked the heck out of the personally highly modded for the track Euro-spec 1985 308GTS QV. Ok, let's be honest, a modern Miata is faster... but funny thing is during HPDE days some very obviously faster cars/drivers stayed BEHIND my 308GTS just
