Crap tires if you ask me. Nothing better for the street than 'hot' sticky Mich Pilot rubber to achieve better handling/grip and faster lap times... unless we're talking R-compound slicks on a dry track

The tyre choice back in the day was the Michelin TRX β¦ horrendous in anything other than bone dry conditions and not that good then due to the hard compound. Switching to Michelin TB15 a tarmac rally tyre transformed the car.

... there are even tougher choices ... I have no clue which one to take. Probably the Renault 5 Turbo would do it for me but oh man that Sportquattro ... 5.665.000 Francs back I 198something .... 306 hp .... epic looks.
