Horological Meandering: Most often I get compliments for my very restrained watches.

Especially the Nomos Tangente gets comments (perhaps because I live in Germany) and the stealthy Ming 17.09 because of the deep blue dial and the modern 'tron'-like look. The nicest things happen when you comment on nice watches on other peoples wrists. I‘ve never met anybody being grumpy on that. B

Automotive: The front is marvellous.

I love that long and flat bonnet and the friendly slightly aggressive face. Fits in line with 80s Maseratis and BMWs. And the best rear end of them all has the shooting brake called Lynx Eventer.

Automotive: Audi,

as a child of this era I adored the Audi. I was a proud owner of the Darda slot car, my fastest car at that time 😀

Horological Meandering: Several Sinn Watches have this feature.

For example the 756 has a hidden hour hand behind the „main“ hour hand. That can be taken out on demand, otherwise it hides completely behind the main hand.

Automotive: Beautiful combination

Porsche has so many nice shades of blue but this is definitely one of my favourites. It seems to resemble the classic Nogaro blue from the 90s Audi RS4, doesn‘t it?

Automotive: Definitely.

But I doubt that those will top your super-refined Alpine. It was a big pleasure to read your report on the tuning process of your Alpine in every detail. Great stuff and I bet the driving experience is second-to-none. Here in Germany I feel there is one A110 on 1000 Porsche.
