Reference 7710 …

Friends, Sharing a GP reference that most would not have heard of. Reference 7710 Released in 1993 for 3 short months in a 34 mm case diameter (too small for my 18 cm wrist so it will be going to a deserving new home when I get down to it). Though too sma

My other pick

Hi there. A lovely piece I have to say. However, I was always a fan of Richeville series and have recently bought one. As for the wearability for specific occasions - I never pounder and just wear whatever I feel. People don't care and I consider watches

Hi Clive

The richeville is a reissue/revival of the original richevilles made in the 1960s. I favor the 2710 richeville chrono over others because it Uses the Lemania 1872 movement. Especially if they come with the GP original bracelet and are in full steel with a

Richeville 2710

A neo vintage beauty … the Richville 2710 with the Lemania 1872 movement. The 2710 is the only Richville with the Lemania movement. This one is especially interesting because of the the all steel bezel and steel “almost rice” bracelet. The mixed guilloche

I think they will need

Something at the bottom or the dial maybe a little “flat” ... I read somewhere that they add text to give the dial some “depth”. The royal oak tried to remove automatic and and put it back in. I recall for the Richeville, they eventually moved the “Richev

Thanks Nicolas.

White Gold with Black dial? Was it a 2750 with the automatic movement and triangular pushers? I have seen only 2 solid gold 2750 and both were yellow or rose gold. I have also maybe seen 3 white gold one 2710 (Manual Wind) but they all had a silver dial.

Girard-Perregaux’s modern Richeville line

Friends, I have always been a huge fan of the modern Richeville line, in fact, the Richeville is the watch that infected me with the GP bug, hence it is such an important piece for me. Back in 1997 when I was really not very knowledgeable and only owned o

GP in the 1990s continued - the Ref. 7710

A handwound chronograph with a storied Lemania based movement (of Moonwatch fame) in a 34mm round case anyone? From GP? Look no further than the Ref. 7710. Given that only 107 were produced in SS, it is a severely limited unlimited edition And for that th
