Ulysse Nardin Freak Out.

Some fresh photos of what is one of my 3 favorite Freaks. Here I think the black version goes very well for this watch, enhancing its conceptual look. Enjoy, Nicolas

Ulysse Nardin Freak Diavolo.

15 years old, this watch, and most probably, at least in my opinion, one of the best Freaks ( with the Freak Out Black ) since the Original which is 25 years old now! Crazy! Best, Nicolas

Totally agree

The new Freaks, whilst having better wearability due to its dimensions and water resistance, lost a lot of the charm I associate with UN. I personally feel the “peak” in wearability and design were the Cruiser and Freak Out era. Love the anchor motifs use

I paraphrased this poem a long time ago...

So, it may not be so relevant now. Still, it was an expression of what was back then, and in some ways, it is nice to see the new marine (Torpilleur), Freaks - and even the Planetarium, Tellerium and Astrolabium pieces back in UN's line up today. Not sure

I was able to attend a GP and UN event last night, and I was very excited to see a large selection of past Freak models on display. So many to choose from! Unfortunately they all had (Not available for purchase) tags attached . A few more... The Diavolo i

Freak Out - second day on the wrist and super, super happy

This watch is marvelous, it combines high horology with the escapement design based on the original Breguet idea of double direct escapement, and out of this world design. It just works for me. Quite substantial weight by the way, despite being titanium.

The spiritual successor to the Freak Out

Looking at the two side-by-side, I prefer the older Freak Out to the Freak ONE. Reviewing the comments, it would be fair to say that this Freak ONE does not appear to be making anyone's Favourite Freak list. I don't think the concept is poor, but the desi

If that's how UN defines a Freak -No Dial, No Hands, No Crown, so be it.

Maybe I need more time so I am not fully convinced yet. Freak Out was in the right direction to make the Freak accessible if that was the intention which UN could have perhaps expanded the product line. Instead, the Freak Out is now gone and in comes the

The Freak is now a family

Some time not too long ago, Ulysse Nardin decided to turn the Freak into a full line of watches. The Freak One is designed to slot in between the Freak X and Freak S, replacing the Freak Out. It will never replace the Freak S, just as the Freak Vision was
