1968 Rolex day-date watch.

This is my very first to own Rolex President watch. I just love the vintage Rolexes. Watch is untouched and I prefer the look of the pie pan and the light Grey dial. Excellent size for my wrist.

1803 'Ghost' Dial

I recently acquired a white gold Rolex Day-Date, reference 1803. What's particularly interesting about this watch is the unique 'ghost' dial, where the printing seems to disappear at certain angles. I had been searching quite extensively for one of these.

Hello dear Jay!! Beautiful Day Date you share here! I have an special fondness…

… for those 36 mm DD and DJ from the past. They are so elegant and classy and look so cool on the wrist. DD in white metal (white gold or platinum) have an understated elegance and special charm. My 1803 from 1976 says hello!! Keep enjoying and loving so

My 1803 wide boy with new ostrich leg strap

I changed my olive cow leather strap to this grey ostrich leg strap. I think the style and color tone matched quite well. What you guys think? Thank you for watching

A true gem is new to my little Day-Date collection.

It’s a Rolex Day-Date 1803 in red gold from 1961. This is a rare transitional piece with the old hands from the earlier 1950ies Day-Date models ref. 6511/6611 and the bezel with much finer structure compared to the later models. The dial is a so called „S

Hey my friend

That’s a very nice watch. My Rolex AD did tell me that white gold day dates are quite rare…I do believe it would’ve been the same for the vintage 1803 in white gold? Congrats on such a beautiful classic. Really love it and your photos are beautiful as opp
