At first, I wasn't so opinionate about the logo, but now, I do like it there, it adds something to the otherwise very empty dial.

And the reason to go for this one rather than the 249, is that I really like the golden hands, and also the inhouse movement, for it can move hour hand independently, especially since I travel a lot. It comes as a welcome bonus. I am sold on the 424, grea

Since you think of radiomir, I would go for a classic that looks very different from your luminor, I would go with a California dial.

Now, they are lots of options, the new 8 days, smaller size, but they don't come out cheap, or the phased out limited editions such as the 249, 448, 47mm, or there is the 424 (with date or without). You can find those quiet easely and well priced If you a

At the end they are all hommage, none are the real deal...

So, do you want a die hard "wannabe-replica", like the Pam249, Pam448 looking close but still miles away from the real deal... or something like the Pam424 that takes reference from the Radiomir 1936, without taking it too seriously, all aspect considered
