So so comfortable, my new Kollokium Variant F

I’ve been Jonesing for one of their watches for a while ,so when I saw the variant F with this purple dial, I had to have it. I was surprised how light it is on the wrist. Pure fun!

My 3941J is back

I recently collected my watch from the Patek salon in London after a service. Although it seems service these days takes a long time, I cannot be happier with the result or the extraordinary courtesy received from the team on Bond Street. Their welcome on

Brahms' First Symphony is said to be as if a classical masterpiece comparable to Beethoven's 10th Symphony. In the same way, 3970 1st edition might be the successor PCC to the last 2499.

Rolexing with a coffee …

Contemplating the weekend ahead and why I enjoy the modern vintage “Pepsi” so much. It’s one that I have owned for many years and have enjoyed sparingly but increasingly over the past few months. Was this a golden era for Rolex ? Best Captain

Brown Sugar Anyone?

Came close to selling this one, then realized how stupid that would be. So a quick phone shot to celebrate? The anglage below the seconds hands on this watch is insanely thick. The plate below the hairsprings feature internal angles too that are actually
