HI all! I am looking for a new crystal for my vintage VC ref 4073 from the 40s. Should I just go into the VC boutique? Will they charge me an arm and a leg for this? Or would a watchmaker be able to source one? Any help or advice would be much appreciated
this weekend and was thrilled to see and handle both the anniversary edition of the platinum Traditionelle, ref. 82172, and the steel 222. I liked the 222 but felt it wasn’t quite for me. The Traditionelle, however, is something I’ll keep thinking about.
