Swiss WW1 era wristwatch was made by Omega ca. 1915. Is this watch Real and original? Can anyone give me some more info about iit?

Thanks for the feeback. I also thought that 620 was steep. I took it into Time & Gold Ltd, which is on the official omega " Customer Service network". They are even listed on the omega.com repair section. I think it may be a pusher problem but they are over charging me for the parts. I feel that I c
