Ulysse Nardin: Date

I would think this watch dates from the 60s. If you can give me the movement number I can confirm it. Unless I am mistaken this movement is a Valjoux 13" 72C (VZHC)

Ulysse Nardin: Serial number

UNs archive works off the movement serial number. Their archive is not complete but you might be lucky if it is from their factory. Personally, at this time I cant see any evidence that it is.

Ulysse Nardin: UN

The watch would probably have a Valjoux 69 and measures about 30 - 32mm without the crown. The dial is not original. I have a Universal chronograph the same as this one.

Ulysse Nardin: Thank you...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't thank you enough for this infomation. Mr Eital sounds like an outstanding individual, I;m honoured to be the caretaker of his watch. This is why I like personalized watches... many have really interesting stories....
