So is this bezel a snap on ring type? Mine is completely bare of chrome. All most like its on purpose to keep it from being shiny or something goes there.

Hi. I am trying to figure out what model this is. My internet searching seems to point to the weems "no weems" military watch models because of the fat lugs. It also has a very darkened bezel area. I am not sure if its missing a rotating type bezel or if its made this way?
