Patek Philippe:

The the 40MM Milgauss to the right and the 44MM YMII to the left; 41MM Sub as a bonus. As you can see the Milgauss is very comparable in wrist presence and overall size to the 5905; the extra 2MM in the YMII on the other hand dwarfs the 5905.

I’ll send some side-by-sides later, but the 5905 has very scalloped lugs such that it wears far smaller than a 42mm should.. the Rolexes are extremely chunky in terms of the lug width so they wear no smaller than this 5905 does. I’d even go so far as to say the Sub (not the Maxi case) wears a bit bi
