Vacheron Constantin: A subtle nod to the 1955 200th anniversary ref 6068 with the galvanized Maltese Cross dial

Frankly I like the 270th anniversary more. Just subtle enough for the "if you know if you know". The one below is practically screaming. Ref 6068

Patek Philippe: An extremely nice looking sporty dress watch

Personally, I think the black driver strap with the red stitching makes the watch a little too sporty for my liking. I like it better on the original bracelet or a black suede leather strap.

Vacheron Constantin: Technically it’s three-tone, but I can see how it’s very hard to see

The outer rings of two subdials are silver treated, giving them a mirror finish that contrasts well with the matte silvered dial.

Vacheron Constantin: Surprisingly, I’ve seen a few of these around. This should have been a direct competitor to the PP 5070 or 5170. I think it was made a little too big at the time and just hasn’t aged as gracefully as those other two.
