Patek Philippe: Opening case - 5396

Hi All, I've opened cases before with the utmost care, but never a PP. With the 5396 and the small 'lip' does this caseback just 'pop' off with some persuation ? I'm after the case number and believe this is inside and not visibble through the saphire back. All the best

The service also stated that it needed a few knocks and scratches fixing - could these marks be caused by moisture ?

Hello Everyone, this is my first post. I wanted to run a few photos by you all, first of all to see your thoughts on if this is a genuine watch (I think it is as I do have the paperwork and a previous service record from when the watch had 'stopped' and it went into PP Singapore to be repaired.)
