Patek Philippe: Strap for a vintage Ellipse

Dear community, I was wondering if someone could please help me figure out where (apart from Patek Philippe) one can find, or otherwise order, a strap to fit a lugless Ellipse 3548. I'm not sure what the dimensions of the 'notch' are, for instance (2x5mm?), or whether the 18mm strap tapers down to 1

But would love everyone's thoughts. Would you agree that the smaller looks most similar to the 32mm Tissot?
