I like all my watches, but I love this one.

I like the larger case size and dial of the 7057, and I like how the power reserve complication was first used by Breguet, albeit in a prototype. I forgot just how much more beautiful these pieces are in person. Thank you for all the input!

They seem to be the same to me, except the latter is 1 mm bigger and has a rotor.

I'm considering purchasing one of these, but struggling between the two. For the 7037, the retrograde second hand gives the front some life, the rotor is uniquely finished and of course provides self winding, and the movement fills up the case, but the dial is really small. For the 7057, the dial is
