Patek Philippe: Expert advice researched - World Time 5130P-001 vs. 5130P-020
Hi, I am struggling to understand the change of reference from 5130P-001 to 5130P-020. It seems the last two years of production (2013, 2014) the reference was produced under 5130P-020 but I cannot identify which specs has changed from the 5130P-001 produced since 2007. Anyone has an idea? Thanks.
