I spoke to UN and they sent me a link to fill out, but it turns out to be a request for a customer care package, apparently to send in my band to replace the rubber parts. Now I am understanding why there are few and very expensive OEM bands on Ebay. I'm going to call

I have requested a band from UN and am waiting a response. Only OEM straps I find on Ebay are few and far between, cost >$800 and include the titanium hardware pieces which I have. Just wondered if there was anywhere I overlooked.
