I shot it wide open at f4, I wanted to highlight the beggar (who's a lady) and catch the lady walking by. I got lucky when the passer by glanced down. Anyway, just a pic to create a possible talking point. I gave her some money when I left. Thanks to all contributors and their comments.

Hi, I think it depends on where you'll display and view your images. For websites and online stuff I'd use a pocket camera with macro function. I like Canon so I'd be looking at what they do for $200. I say this because I believe the shot composition and subject then image post processing are more i

Photography: Exposure lock.

Hi Jurry. I must explain better. I meant I'd take a meter reading from a balanced scene then set it manually, I would not use the exp lock button for the reasons outlined earlier. My favoured technique would be to over expose using exposure compensation. Feel free to message back, or not as you need
