Patek Philippe: Such a nice watch, photo, and advocate!

My 5070G is in the Patek hospital (minor warranty f/u), and I miss it. Really fills a special niche in my modest collection.

I find I wear it probably more often than my other Patek watches for these reasons -- plus it's easier to

Patek Philippe: Thank you, these are really pertinent observations

I find myself wearing my white gold watches much more than my rose or yellow gold ones and although they are all different movements and styles, I think the versatility and relative quietness of the white gold really suits me.

Patek Philippe: That is a good point.

My intention would be to wear, or at least wind it everyday. I would probably only put it in the safe if I were going on a trip to a place where such a watch wouldn't make sense to take. Since the pandemic, and now that I've recently sold my business and retired, I'm home a lot anyway and the house

Patek Philippe: Haha

A great bathroom has proved to be one of the best places in the house to stare lovingly at a nice watch for a while!
