winding is so smooth that not even some Pateks can compete. The reflection on hands and indices is stunning. And in addition to that, the watch keeps time very precisely. It' my first but definitely not my last GS!

Seiko: My first Grand Seiko

I've been interested in this brand for quite some time but by several reasons I hesitated to pull the trigger. But now I could not resist. Independents: Thanks everybody for the comments. Regarding the movement.....

It's an inhouse caliber which base on an old AS movement. It's quite impressive to see the high proportion of inhouse processing. It's a nice movement with high level finishing as screwed gold chatons, blued screws, geneva stripes and swan-neck fine adjustment...
