I did check at Rolex.com and the green is available on the WG 40 mm, so RSC will change it. I would hate to see you lose the blue dial forever however.
I prefer the blue, but realize Rolex will do the change if the green dial was offered for exactly this model. If not they will not make the change. Also they will keep your blue dial.
