Blancpain:
Prefer the Act III case design, more truthful to the OG
Just a pity the sturdier 1318 caliber could not be fitted into the watch case

Steel case with aurora green dial/ bezel and matching sail canvas strap. Sure would like to see one in the flesh.

It is not an easy swap. The OEM strap is fitted with spring bars, simple to attach or detach. To fit the X71 steel bracelet the system is different. Friction pens need to be hammered into bracelet tubes. A task better to outsource to a watchmaker.

Love the popping blue color. But Franck Muller numerals on a Fifty Fathoms, not my cup of tea. Leave the date, just have the straight 12-3-6-9 numerals in a 40-42 mm case (end whining)
