Audemars Piguet: I have several Royal Oaks and have found little difference between 38mm and 39mm --

I also wear my offshore(s) and these for sure are large watches. But the "smaller" ones wear "big" and I doubt that the 1mm to get it to 40mm would really matter to me. The 38mm wears like my 40mm watches anyway.

I love this watch and I bought it 2nd hand in mint condition from a dealer that allows returns. And I returned it! Why? Too big on my 7 1/4” wrist. The watch is VERY tall (thick) and that didn’t jive with the minimalist design at all. At 42+ mm in diameter, it is fine for a dive watch (which it is),
