Girard Perregaux: Great Watch, desperately looking for replacement part (inductor)

Had sent my watch to GP for repair, but unfortunately they have no more spare parts. The inductor is broken. Any suggestions for help are welcome. Have received my GP 4266 about 40 years ago as a gift. A beautiful watch, very accurate and reliable.
