Horological Meandering: This is exactly how I wear mine ....

Love wearing my titanium FF on the NATO.. I have this exact configuration and prefer it over the sailcloth. I'm not a huge "nato" guy, but I find the Blancpain straps to be very soft/comfortable. Also works well for being in the water.

Blancpain: No need to cringe ....

Blancpain milspec models from the early 60’s also had the reverse triangle - this certainly wasn’t just a Rolex thing. I’m totally ok with Blancpain giving a nod to their past.

Blancpain: Mine has been fine

I have this watch in titanium and the same movement in my Bathyscaphe - both have been perfect. I can see how the SS and Gold would be top heavy, but the titanium is perfect as it’s super light.

Blancpain: No issues...

Have had my Bathyscaphe in the pool, ocean, beach etc all on the Sailcloth strap.. It holds up very well and was designed to be in the water.

Blancpain: Picked up a new 5015 to go with my Ceramised Bathyscaphe..

I've wanted a 5015 forever, but for some reason just never made it happen... Picked this up this week and couldn't be happier.. Blancpain is such an underrated brand and my two highest quality watches I own are Blancpain (also own Rolex, IWC, JLC etc).. Just so crisp all around - you can really tell
