Patek Philippe: Brown Safe

You might want to check out “Brown Safe” in California. Mine has easily programmable winders but I have owned it for a number of years and they may well have even better options today.

Patek Philippe: 5172

The 5905’s height and diameter are a bit big for my wrist but the platinum is spectacular to look at! I seldom wear my 5930, too busy? The 5270 also spend a lot of time in the safe. Just picked up Lange’s version of the 5170, love the simple, no date layout, and the height and diameter fits my wrist

A. Lange & Söhne: Chrono

I have some other Chronos, mostly Patek, and in my layman’s opinion this Lange and my Lange Dato have the best “feel.” I also enjoy watching the mechanical action while starting and stoping the chrono and activating the fly back feature.

A. Lange & Söhne: New arrival!

Remember the book “Blink?” I am sure many of us know, “in the blink of an eye” when we first see a watch in the metal if we have to have it. That just happened to me!!

Independents: I was allowed to choose some of the design

Kari allowed me to choose the color and background design so the watch may end up being a one of a kind!
