Gues its true,- you never really own a Patek.
Wow,- what a brace.
Congratulation on a wonderfull pair Csbracc. How did they come to you as a pair ? Any thoughts on dial originality ? Yours Jacob/Copenhagen
Ups,- just repeating "Original Gas Escape Valve", and not knowing how to delete :-)
Congratulations and a big THANKS :-)
Indeed,- so versatile, classic and just great design. And, indeed also my first rolex. 36 mm. rocks :-)
I've also read, that the JLC 889 is less sturdy. However, I've been wearing the XII' hard over the past 15 years without any issues. Also, at less then 3k euro it's a steal :-)
It's a sweet, sweet watch, regardless of date window. The perfect all-rounder IMHO.
Going gold,- you need a firm hand. This one is rock steady :-)
What year is this ? I did not know of non-crownguard 1675 ( /8) before, nor sword-hands on this model. Live and learn. Yours Jacob / Copenhagen
WOW,- just WOW !!!!
Thats a nice tableau. A well made movement is such a thing of beauty.
I know the monkey in the back. Has a special place in my heart Yours Jacob/Copenhagen
