Rolex: another related question, if you don't mind

I saw this 16528 piece W series with inverted six dial from 1995. Is the dial correct for the model? I read at various places it says inverted six dial is only up to series S, but many reputable places selling pieces from W or later with inverted 6 dials. Is it a given that any pieces after series 6

So, it doesn't mean that when it has no "T", it's a replacement dial? It just mean it's newer piece after 1999/2000 year? Thanks
