Look for the Hodinkee article about this reference. The article suggested that the movement (12-600 AT if I remember correctly) is as good as it gets. Also I believe that the dial is enamel. Beautiful watch.

Hello, My first post here. I just got my first Patek (a 3410) with the 27-AM 400 movement. I love how these show up in a variety of models. Perhaps we could use this thread to compile a list of models that have it. Of course pictures are a must.
