I opted to upgrade but they said they could just service and repair the old movement but no warranty.

I took the watch to the boutique who then sent it back to jlc in Switzerland.

All I got back was the movement was upgraded and they can only service on the updated movement which is a different colour.

I sent my Extreme lab 2 into service at JLC. The one that I have currently is one of the ones that has the black bridges. I just heard back from JLC that in order to service the movement, they need to replace the full movement with the new lighter colored movement, as it has been updated. They can’t

I’ve contacted a few custom strap places but they said they likely need me to ship a strap in to take a look. Then they may need to rope out the hardware to use it. I’m waiting for mine to come. A m from service but if there are custom options it would be so cool.
