Rolex: time to move on from the day date ii?

what are the opinions of keeping the day date ii considering it's being discontinued. is it worth getting 1mm smaller or just keeping bigger version.

Audemars Piguet: need help?

Which one to pick? I know the one is 44mm and the other 42mm but wanted a different take on both watches. Only concern is if the gold on gold dial with get a little old after a few wears.

Audemars Piguet: price go down again...

Just spoke to my AD and stated the new ceramic rose gold offshore went down $1500.00. Retail went from $47100.00 to $45600.00? AD didn't know why?

Audemars Piguet: Thank you everyone...

I thank you for your insights..... Love the analogies of jumping off a cliff; not that serious. It just seems so many watch makers are getting out of control with these oversized watches. Going to keep the 44mm. Thanks again,

Rolex: just got it...

stickers still not taken off... haha. just a classic i think. I habe a few audemars and i'm getting more and more comfortable with my smaller watches like the rolex's. Audemars are getting too big for my tates.
